Once you have confirmed you have a Wi-Fi connection on the LeapPad Platinum, follow these steps:
1. At the bottom of the LeapPad Platinum "Welcome" screen, tap the icon of parents with a child
2. You will be prompted to enter your 4 digit Parent Lock code to access Parent Mode. Enter your code.
3. This will bring you to the Parent Settings menu.
4. Tap on "Manage Apps"
5. Expand the "Not Installed" drop down, then tap "Download" next to the app you wish to download. The app should quickly appear under the "Downloads" tab along with an indicator showing the download progress, and then move to the "Installed" tab once installed.
